Payment :
You can use the following payment methods when you shop at Rex Hockey
1) Creditcard
eDankort, Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, JCB and VISA Electron.
Amount will be debited when the order is dispatched
2) COD (Greenland and Faroe Islands only )
You pay to the Post authorities when they deliver the order to you.
A fee for the service will be added by the local postal authorities
If for any not documentated reason you will refuse the parcel or you will not pick it up at the local post office within 7 days return cost and extra costs, according to Post Danmark rates, will be charge with seperate invoice.
3) Collect at RexHockey (Denmark only)
You can pick up your goods at our office and pay cash or with the credit card.
You will be informed by e-mail when your order is ready. A valid ID document must be shown when you pick up your order.
4)Wire transfer
Order will be dispatched after the payment is registrated
Delivery
All orders are shipped with PostDanmark. Orders in Sweden are shipped by DHL.
Prices
All prices are net and include Danish VAT.
VAT will be removed from the total amount for all the order shipped outside EU.
Prices do not include shipping costs
Customs and Tax
Orders shipped within EU countries do not have to pay any extra taxes or custom duties.
Orders shipped outside EU will pay VAT and eventually duties according to the importing country customs rules.

Delivery time
Expected delivery time is 2 - 5 working days, depends from Country and post services
If goods are out of stock or if delivery time is expected to be longer customer will be informed by email.
Tracking
You can always check the status of your order when you log in.
All the orders, over 1 kg. shipped outside Denmark, will receive, by email, Post Denmark or DHL tracking number to be used on the online tracking system.
Returns
Buyer have 14 days return right, with full refound
Please send a email to ra@rexhocke.com requesting a return authorization. We will email you back with a return number as well as the address to which the product should be sent. Pack the item(s) in a sturdy box and clearly write the return number on the outside of the box.Credit will be issue the day the product arrives in our warehouse. Please note that credit card companies can take 2-3 weeks to have the credit show up on your statement. If you are concerned, please do not hesitate to call us or write us via email.
Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.
Costs for returning the products are at your expense.
If the return is due to our errors, returns costs are at our expense
If you purchase a wrong size, buyer will pay the return costs, the new size will be shipped free of charge ( without freight costs ), Denmark only.
