The one35 is the most affordable pad in the Bauer line with Vent Armor™. This material is found in the spine region of the pad. It is a very dense perforated almost honey comb design material. This material is extremely light and offers great protection. It would of been nice to see the Vent Armor™ in the sternum as well. Bauer has placed some dual density foams in the sternum as well as the center of the spine guard. The rest of the chest and spine of this pad is made up of single density foam.

Bauer has used all standard elastic and velcro straps. The bicep straps are about 1.5" wide, while the two side body straps are about 2" wide.

This pad offers some good protection at a even better value.
