Returns

If you want to return your order from ReXhockey, follow the guide below:

- Buy our GLS return label (with track & trace) here. You can also buy your return label yourself from your preferred freight company. Remember Track and trace if you buy your label from elsewhere.

- Remember to enclose the return form. It can be found in the same email as the order confirmation. Do you want to exchange for another size? Please note this on the return form.

- Put the package label on the box. Remember to cover the old label. You can put the new return label on top of the old one.

If you buy your package label from us, the package should be in our possession within 1-2 days. We will then exchange your order for the correct size or refund your money. Depending on what you noted on the return form.
