Easy and Affordable Returns at ReXhockey

At ReXhockey, we’ve made it easy for you to return your item(s) if you’ve changed your mind or need to make an exchange. We offer a fast and affordable return process.

Simply follow our quick return steps by clicking on your country below. You’ll then be asked to enter your order number and select the product(s) you wish to return. After you can download your return label and attach it to the package (preferably over the old label). Finally, drop off the package at your nearest parcel shop. Remember to always request a receipt when handing in your parcel.

You can return new and unused products within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging – this also includes tags, labels, and similar elements which must remain attached. We reserve the right to reject returns if the above conditions are not met.

The price for a return label varies depending on the country of return. Click on the return portal for your country, where the price will be clearly displayed.

During certain periods, we extend the return deadline – for example, when purchasing Christmas gifts or during major sales events like Black Friday.
