Shipping policy
ReXhockey Shipping & Delivery – Fast, Reliable & Secure Across Europe and the UK
At ReXhockey, we know how important it is to receive your hockey gear quickly and safely, and we’re good at that.
We ship with UPS and GLS, depending on your location and preference, and we always aim to deliver your order within 1–4 business days after dispatch. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, depending on order volume and time of day.
Delivery Options
We offer both home delivery and delivery to service points / parcel shops, depending on availability in your country.
Shipping prices are calculated at checkout, based on your selected country and delivery address. In most cases, shipping is free above a certain order value, and when it isn’t, we offer low-cost, transparent shipping rates.
Shipping Times by Region
Europe (EU countries): Delivery in 1–4 business days
United Kingdom: Delivery typically in 2–4 business days
Switzerland & Non-EU countries: Delivery in 2–4 business days
Please note: Import duties and VAT may be applied by your local customs authority. As per legal requirements, we declare the full value of all orders on the shipment.
Returns - Don't worry, ain't a problem here
Returning products is simple when shopping at ReXhockey. Please head over to our "return page", where a return portal for each country will be available. Simply type in the email used when placing the order, and the order number. Select the product(s) that you want to return, and get a return label sent via email. If you have no printer available, a QR code will be available. Please show the code at the nearest parcel shop, and they will then print the label for you, before sending it.
Backorders & Partial Shipments
If your order contains items that are on backorder, we will notify you as soon as possible to arrange whether you prefer:
The order shipped in one complete delivery, or Items sent in separate shipments as they become available
We always aim for clear communication and flexibility when it comes to backordered items.
Lost Packages
If you haven’t received your shipment, but it appears as delivered in your tracking, please contact our customer service immediately via:

Insurance & Security
All shipments from ReXhockey are insured against transport damage until they reach you. If you receive a damaged package, please notify us immediately.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:
PO boxes
Military bases
Parcel lockers
Third-party freight forwarders
Please ensure that your delivery address is valid and eligible. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders shipped to unsupported addresses.
